The German language camp takes place in Austria, near Salzburg, at Hotel Josef—a location specially adapted for educational and youth programs. This is not a traditional school course, but a complete linguistic experience where children learn German through real-life situations, interaction, and daily communication.
Hotel Josef (An Ideal Place for Learning and Socializing) regularly hosts school groups and language camps from Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and other European countries.
This means that Wonder Camp participants will be surrounded by peers who are native German speakers, creating a natural environment for practicing, socializing, and building confidence in communication. German isn't just learned in a classroom—it is lived every day.
All language activities and workshops are:
Interactive
Age-appropriate (12–18 years old)
Focused on real, everyday situations
Through this program, children learn how to:
Communicate with peers who are native German speakers.
Ask questions and provide answers confidently.
Work in teams and present ideas in German.
Navigate a new city and cultural environment.

Salzburg captivates with its elegant atmosphere, stunning panoramas of the Hohensalzburg Fortress, and a unique blend of culture, history, and Austrian tradition – making it an ideal stop for an inspiring and educational optional excursion.
In today's fast-paced society, as parents increasingly seek activities that help their children develop new skills and social bonds, children's camps have become a popular choice. However, while fun, learning, and adventure are key aspects of any camp, safety must always remain the highest priority.
The first step in ensuring a safe camp is choosing the right location. Camps should be situated in secure surroundings, far from heavy traffic, dangerous terrain, or industrial zones. Facilities must undergo regular inspections and be equipped with essential fire safety and first-aid gear, as well as clearly marked emergency exits.
Furthermore, all camp activities—whether sports, water-based activities, or hiking—must be closely supervised by trained instructors with a deep understanding of safety procedures.
Psychological safety is equally vital. Children need to feel safe, supported, and encouraged to express themselves without fear of judgment or ridicule. Staff training includes recognizing signs of anxiety, stress, or bullying, alongside techniques for fostering a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
Providing high-quality training for the team is a fundamental element of any successful camp. Our responsible staff members must possess:
Certified First Aid and CPR training.
Specialized training for working with children.
Knowledge of psychological first aid and the basics of child psychology.
Every camp must maintain a clear policy for emergency response, parental communication, and a detailed record of each child’s medical needs (allergies, chronic conditions, etc.).
