How can I apply for the camp?
To apply for the camp you need to fill out an application form which you can find on our website.
Do I have to pay the full amount when applying?
The full amount for the application can, but does not have to be paid. 30% of the total amount must be paid at the beginning with the application itself, in order application to be valid, while the rest can be paid in several monthly installments. The full amount must be paid at the latest 15 days before departure.
Our Organization cooperates with many 3***, 4****, and 5***** Hotels. After applying to the Camp, you will be informed in which Hotel the Camp will be organized.
What when the child is allergic to food or medications?
In that case, it is obligatory to inform the organizer.
What when my child is a vegetarian or a vegan?
In that case, you need to inform the organizer before departure and the food is served to your child’s needs.
How will we communicate with our children?
It is advisable to contact your children between 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm so there is no interruption to the Camp activities during the day.
Are we going to have the contacts of the Leaders?
In case if you cannot reach your child for any reason, you will have contacts of the leaders, who will be available throughout the journey.

Is there a doctor at the camp?
The doctor is available 24 hours a day.
How many children does a responsible leader have?
About 10-15 children have one leader in charge.
As soon as you sign in for some of our camps, our team will contact you. A detailed travel list is sent 20 days before departure.
It is always different. We have kids who have signed up by themselves and have made great friends with whom they keep going, we have had smaller and bigger groups of friends who signed up for the camp. We always put children of the same age together and guarantee unforgettable days with us.
